The company was formed in 1986 with the specific purpose of providing inexpensive environmental site assessments, subsurface investigations, and remedial services to clients in the tri-state area.
ACT can obtain clearance for regulatory issues which could impede real estate development such as hazardous materials "e" designations and open spill numbers. ACT has also developed forensic engineering, regulatory compliance programs and remediation services as integral components of our real property assessments.
ACT is a qualified vendor for the NYC BIG Program www.nycbrownfield.com. Through ACT's expertise we can expeditiously remediate a site through this program. We can also assist you with obtaining the monetary benefits being offered by the NYC Mayor's Office of Environmental Remediation for remediating a site under this program.
